I have bought 10 houses(4 were new builds) and I can only recommend 2 realtors, but Danielle is at the top of the list and her performance far exceeds any realtor I have ever known or worked with. Within a 2 year period, we bought and sold 4 houses (1 built) with Danielle. She sold one house in 4 days, the other took a week. Daniel was amazing to work with. She staged our home beautifully with her wonderful team and helped us not leave any money on the table when it came to pricing- other realtors wanted us to lowball the house “because of the market”, but Danielle saw the value and helped us get exactly what our home was worth… Which was 50k more than another realtors wanted us to list for. Where do I start…if you are looking for a compassionate, caring, empathetic, intelligent, bulldog that will work her butt off and treat you like you are her only client, look no further than Danielle. We spent 14 years in our home that we built and brought our 4 babies home to. To say our decision to move (abroad) was less than emotional would be a lie. Danielle was honest, straightforward, and always let us drive the ship with no pressure from her, while providing an empathetic ear and an encouraging word at every turn.

A few of the AMAZING things that Danielle did that I know about, as I know she worked so hard behind the scenes and only God knows all the hours and hard work she put in to making our move be as seamless as possible:

1. Professionally staged our home with gorgeous furniture at no extra cost to us. She also paid movers to bring the furniture in and out of our home.

2. Paid for an appraiser that found an additional 114 square ft that we didn’t know existed.

3. During the moving process, I broke my French press. Danielle noticed and sent me a new one the next day. “A girl needs her coffee!”

4. Brought our family of 6 dinner right before we closed as she knew this would be a tremendous blessing amidst the craziness and chaos.

5. Truly protected us from some incredibly stressful circumstances that she handled like a boss.

I could go on and on and all of these things are amazing and we will never forget all that she did for us. However, what stands out the most is her integrity, passion, and work ethic.
